Hena ventured into sleep consulting after seeing her friends and family struggle with sleep deprivation as new parents. The toll it took on the mental health of these new parents along with the visible effects on their children's behaviour, made her realise the critical need for proper rest. The common approach of simply 'following the baby’s cues' often leave both parents and children overtired and stressed.

Motivated to make a difference, she embarked on a journey to become a Certified Sleep Consultant. This path led her through extensive research, involving the reading of over a dozen books and working hands-on with more than 15 volunteer families with children of various ages. This experience gave her profound insights into the complexities of sleep and its fundamental role in our well-being.
